Brian and Andrea Cox need your help setting up, serving, and breaking down before the home games. This is a great way to be involved in Panther Spirit before the Varsity games, and parents at all levels are welcome! The ideal is to have sponsors to provide the food and drinks, but if a sponsor does not take a night, we will be holding tailgates and doing it pot luck style with everyone bringing some food to snack on and their own beverages.

CHHS Booster Club is responsible for stocking and manning the Panther Stadium Varsity Away concession stand at each Home Game.  This is a major fundraiser for the Booster Club. Traditionally, this volunteer job falls to Freshman and JV parents since their sons are not active on the field during Varsity Games. 

We are hosting a scrimmage at The Panther Stadium this season. We will need Varsity Parents volunteering during the 9th and JV scrimmage, and 9th and JV Parents volunteering during the Varsity Scrimmage.

On the night before the Varsity game, we have traditionally provided a time of fellowship for the Varsity players through an event called "Brotherhood Meal".  Volunteers need to set-up for the meal at 5:00/5:30 and serve the meal around 6. After the meal the boys watch the game on the CHHS field.  Please provide a substantial meal with a balanced carb/protein. Volunteers clean up after the meal. We need families to team up to provide food for 60 players.  You can sign up to do this on your own or you can join 2 or 3 other families and go in together.  It is your option to either cook something, grill out, or provide catered food.  The booster club budgeted $500 per week to use to feed the boys. If you go under this amount, you will be reimbursed for the amount on the receipts you turn in. If you go over that amount, you will only be reimbursed $500 and are responsible for any monies that go over that amount.

Assist the booster club with setup and operation of all activities associated with Panther Pride Night.
